SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or product launches.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and other regional providers.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

DELAYS

The Whitening Lab is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances once your package has left our facility.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

The Whitening Lab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [YOUR EMAIL HERE] with:

- Your order number

- Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (optional — remove if not applicable)
