Returns and refunds: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on unopened or used products. Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at thewhiteninglabco@gmail.com. Include your order number, photos of the product, and packaging, we will review and replace eligible items promptly. Order issues: Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Non-Returnable Items: Opened, unused products, gift cards, final sale and promotional items.
